Spaghetti all'assassina with gochujang
For this Sunday I wanted something light and quick (had an all-day cheese&wine thing with my friends starting at three) and I had some leftover gochujang tomato soup frozen in little cubes that I wanted to use up to make space in the freezer, so I went ahead and used the recipe from Serious Eats as a base.
It worked out pretty well! It was such a breeze to make I managed to finish lunch half an hour earlier than my Sunday usual and met my friends on the dot. The picture barely shows the burned bits, which were more apparent on the pan, but I think I could've been less shy about letting it caramelize, or maybe a little more tomato paste would've helped.
