Spaghetti alla chitarra with spinach and sundried tomatoes
I came across a different brand of pasta when doing grocery shopping, and althought the supermarket only had one shape in stock, I bought a pack, eagerly anticipating the weekend.
To explore the square shape, I went for a spinach sauce with sundried tomatoes recipe. The way the noodles caught the sauce was lovely; the quality of this brand felt like a step up from the usual. I'll be on the look out for more.
