Penne with broccoli ripassati
Looking back at Rachel Roddy's recipe, I now realize I probably didn't have as much broccoli -- my pasta is much less green!
All is well, though. The broccoli does come out creamy, a particular comfortable meal. When I first read the recipe, I made a mental note to remember the olives suggestion, but alas, I ended up forgetting about it. It's still a sweet technique, and I want to try it with other dishes.
