Pasta al limone
I discovered pasta al limone at some point last year, and I remember comparing many recipes until finding one that sounded good and didn't use a too large amount of olive oil. It was a hit in an extra full house, and I was dying to make it again because I only had one serving then.
So I went and bought some lemons, a pack of pasta, a piece of parmesan, a bunch of basil... Only to realize I don't remember what recipe I'd used before! This one turned out very mild when it came to the lemon taste. I will have to try again...
