Linguine with red wine and walnuts
Cheating a little bit: this is a Very Rare Saturday Pasta, as I had something else already scheduled for Sunday lunch and an absolutely empty fridge for Saturday dinner.
While I was scrolling for new-to-me pasta recipes to see if something matched what I had in my pantry, I came across spaghetti all'ubriaco, thought that I had everything, and went on to my Extra-Long Saturday Yoga Session. After that and a hammock nap that made me hungry, I went to the kitchen, only to realize I only had about half a cup of wine.
No need to say, my pasta came out very sober. It was nice enough with the walnuts, but I want to try this again with a full bottle of wine.
